Return Process

  Visit our online Returns Portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Package Your Items

  Place the original items with all tags attached into the reusable shipping bag and include the provided packing slip.

  Ship It Back

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label, then drop off the package at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects your return, we will process your refund or ship your new exchange size within 5-7 business days.
